You can hire the Meeting House – or individual rooms – by the hour or by the day.
Hire charges are kept to a minimum and in order to do this we seek co-operation from hirers. We therefore ask hirers to let themselves in and out and to take responsibility for the property.

Alcohol, smoking and chewing gum are not permitted in the Meeting House.

Higher rates may be charged for commercial lettings.
Users of the Meeting House are requested to:
- keep the main door locked to prevent intruders entering. There is a door bell for late comers. We recommend that drivers who bring their cars on to the premises close (and if possible lock) the gates behind them once they are in the building
- leave the Meeting House tidy and return furniture to its usual place, and take rubbish away with you
- ensure when leaving that all lights are switched off, and that all windows and doors are closed and locked
Hirers are reminded that they are responsible and liable for the fixtures, fittings and loose furniture, and are urged to preserve the goodwill by reporting any problems and breakages.
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the rental date.
